How the hub works
Short answers to the things people actually ask. Still stuck? Join the list and we'll follow up.
Challenges & giveaways
How do I enter a challenge?▾
Open any live challenge, drop in your email or phone, and tap ENTER — FREE. You'll get an instant confirmation with your entry number, and the live counter ticks up. Entry is always free.
Is a purchase required to win?▾
Never. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Every giveaway has a genuine free entry route (including a mail-in AMOE) and published official rules.
How are winners chosen and notified?▾
A winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on the posted date. We notify the winner via the contact they entered with; they have 72 hours to respond or the prize may be forfeited to an alternate.
Why does the counter sometimes show elapsed time?▾
Honesty. The counter reflects real recorded entries. When volume is low it shows how long the drop has been open instead of a fake number — we never invent entrants or inflate the count.
Are these giveaways real?▾
This is a demo reference build, so the giveaways are clearly demo-mode — but they use real official-rules structure, scaled to honest creator-sized prizes. A real creator would run the exact same machinery with their own prize and sponsor details.
The A/B Lab
What is a macro vs. micro round?▾
A macro round tests genuinely different directions (angle, face, object). Once a macro winner clears the vote floor, a micro round iterates the small stuff on the winner until the deltas flatten.
When does a variant win?▾
When it passes the impression floor (e.g. 100 votes) and its lead sits outside a simple confidence band. Then the finding is written to the ledger so it compounds.
Studio & orders
What do CTR, AVD and AVP mean?▾
Click-through rate, average view duration, and average view percentage — the three numbers the operation serves. The studio shows them per upload against your channel median.
How does checkout work?▾
The store runs free-mode through a placeholder gateway. Placing an order records a real order object and returns a confirmation number — no card is collected and nothing is charged.
