Content is the flywheel.
This is the cockpit.
BEAST is a reference build of the creator-economy company — a working clone of the machines behind the world's biggest channel. It's a hub, not a homepage: challenges, a packaging lab, a creator studio and a store, all wired to a real backend.
The thesis
The biggest creator business on earth figured out something most people still miss: the videos aren't the product — the attention is. The videos are loss-leading distribution. The money is made downstream, in a snack brand on Walmart shelves and a licensing deal with a streamer. The content buys the audience; the business monetizes it.
This hub packages that thesis into software. Four surfaces, each one a machine:
Challenges
The participation product. A one-sentence prize, a live counter, a countdown, instant confirmation — and real, compliant official rules. This is the essence.
A/B Lab
Packaging discipline as a public toy. Two thumbnails, one vote, live results, a decision rule and a compounding ledger of what wins.
Creator Studio
CTR, AVD, AVP — the metric trinity — on every upload, in one dashboard. The productized version of the internal tooling.
Feastables Shop
The margin engine. A bold DTC store with free-mode checkout, because content pays for reach and product pays the bills.
What this is (and isn't)
This is an internal reference build — a cshell calibration artifact, not a real company and not affiliated with any real creator. The giveaways are clearly demo-mode, scaled to honest creator-sized prizes ($100–$500) with real official-rules structure. Commerce runs free-mode through a placeholder gateway: a real order object is recorded, no card is charged. The one thing a build like this can never replicate is the real human on camera giving real money away — and we say so plainly.
